Rules of Golf Accreditation Courses

Club Level Rules Accreditation

A component of the National Rules Accreditation & Education Programs, the Club Level Rules Accreditation course assists those looking to develop their knowledge and/or delivery of the Rules of Golf. The course provides an education of the key Rules of Golf for club golfers and provides an education as to how to navigate around the Rule book, and how to locate the appropriate Rule/s to cater for a situation. The course also facilitates a greater intra-club spread of Rules knowledge, assist with intra-club administration of club events and provides for uniformity of the development of skills and application of skills.

Coaching Courses

NCAS Community Coach One

A course designed to accredit participants under the NCAS Community Golf Coach 1 Accreditation scheme. Accreditation enables junior co-ordinators and beginner coaches to coach beginner golfers of any age. The role of a Community Coach is also to co-ordinate camps and clinics, and to link with organisations (both regional and State). This course offers sessions on teaching fundamentals, group management, sourcing resources and contacts, and practical assessments and feedback. The coach may also be remunerated to a maximum of $15k + GST per annum without jeopardising amateur status.
